Our Staff

Our Doctor Dr. John Avila is a native Texan, born in Laredo and raised in San Antonio. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Texas A&M University, and then completed his dental training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Avila is a member of many dental organizations and does community work at Dental Health Arlington Clinic. When not helping patients with their dental needs, you will find him at home in the company of his wife Genevieve and their two children John Christian and Noët Ellesse. He enjoys going to church, cooking, karaoke, basketball, and tinkering on computers.

 

Our Hygienist Born in Mexico and raised in Arlington, Ana received her dental hygienist training at Tarrant County College where she graduated in 2008.  She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and has been with Vista Ridge Dental since 2009.

 

Our Clinic Team Our dental assistants comprise of Deborah, Tracy, and Janie.  With a combined 42 years of dental experience, they assist our doctor and hygienist in providing the very best of quality dental care.

Our Front Desk Team With a combined 44 years of dental experience, Aida and Alison are the friendly voices that you will hear when you call our office.  Together, they aid in patient reception, appointment scheduling, and coordination of dental insurance benefits.  Their goal is to assure that every patient's impression of our office is a positive one.
